Mamma, non sei sola

Mamma,

Io ti vedo.

Stanca di metterti sempre all'ultimo posto.

Lo so.

Mom, you are not alone

Mom,

I see you.

Tired of diets that promise everything and change nothing. Tired of always putting yourself last.

Tired of cooking with love for everyone... and forgetting about yourself.

Mom, you aren't tired, you have lost yourself.

I know. I see it every day in my work as a Health Coach.

And do you know what the hardest part is?

It isn't a lack of time. It's the feeling of having lost yourself in the middle of it all.

In the middle of the lunchboxes, the doctor appointments, the clothes, the "mom, mom, mom."

But your body remembers.

It holds onto the fatigue, the anxiety, the inflammation.

And your children... they feel it.

They don't learn health from what you say.

They learn from what they see on your plate, in your energy, in your mood at the end of the day.

But the problem has never been you.

The problem is trying to fit your life into a plan that doesn't see you as a whole.

Imagine waking up with energy.

Eating without guilt.

Having the time and the desire to play on the floor with them.

Teaching by example that taking care of yourself is an act of love, not selfishness.

You don't need another diet.

You need to come home.

To your body.

To a simple kitchen that nourishes and fits into real life.

Integrative Nutrition means looking at you completely. It's not just what's on your plate. It's your sleep, your stress, your emotions, your routine, and your relationship with food and life.

My work is to build a simple, achievable path together with you—one that makes you feel good and brings you peace.

Because when mom is well,

the whole home is well.
