Earth School
Nutrition education in childhood.

Do you know where Life Is Great comes from?

A child experiences the world through their hands, through smell, and through taste. Gently, without rushing. That’s how even broccoli stops being something to fear and becomes something to discover.

Through games, stories, and hands-on activities, I guide children and families in discovering real food—the kind that follows the rhythms of nature. We observe it, touch it, and taste it. When food feels familiar, children naturally learn to appreciate it.

Everything happens through time, curiosity, and attentive listening—never through pressure. Because respect grows from closeness, from the quiet connection with what we touch.

My programs are designed for families, schools, and educational settings that wish to invest in prevention and in the long-term health and well-being of future generations.
