I’m Ana Vieira, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certified by IIN. For over 15 years, I’ve been supporting women, mothers, and families in building a simpler, more mindful, and more peaceful relationship with food.

I was born on Portugal’s west coast, where the sea teaches the rhythm of life. Perhaps that is where I first learned to listen. Today, living in Italy with my husband, Domenico, and our son Samuele, it is through their love and support that this project has come to life, allowing me to continue cultivating this mindful attention through food, cooking, and everyday care.

I studied Allopathic Nutrition and Philosophy at the University of Porto, and I have been practicing yoga for more than twenty years. Guided by a holistic vision of health and life, I found many of my answers in macrobiotics and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)—approaches that continually remind me of our true nature.

Yet it is in everyday cooking that I found my deepest purpose. Food is far more than nourishment. It is relationship, memory, and presence. It is a way of inhabiting both our bodies and our lives.

My work is guided by a vision of wholeness. This is why I became certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach: to build a bridge between science and holistic health, between the body and lived experience, between genetics and epigenetics. Because nourishment is never only physical—and often, it isn’t the first thing we need. We become whole when we listen to our hearts, our spirit, and our emotions; when we are fully present in mind, body, and soul.

G + E = H

I sing and dance with devotion, honoring the beauty of our feminine lineage. I dedicate my life to caring for others through the roles I embrace: mother to a little soul who teaches me something new every day, and loving guardian of the Earth and its gifts. I celebrate the ancestral wisdom that lives within each of us.

My approach weaves together integrative nutrition, traditional practices, and deep listening. I work with women’s health, children's food education, and natural cooking—without rigidity or extremes. I believe well-being grows from understanding rather than control, and that food education begins early, when curiosity is still stronger than habit.

I believe in the harmony of apparent opposites. It is through ancestral wisdom, cosmology, and physics that I continue to rediscover human nature... and myself.

Here, you won’t find calorie counting, strict rules, or the pursuit of perfection.

You will find real food, presence, and practical tools to help you reconnect with your own rhythm. Because well-being is not a destination—it is a lifelong practice that evolves with every season of life.

If you feel this is the right time to reconnect with your natural rhythm, I’d love to hear from you.
