Impariamo a lavorare, a produrre, a rispondere, a farcela. Come camminiamo insieme? L'alimentazione come linguaggio. Non come punizione, non come controllo. Come informazione, come cura, come medicina quotidiana. Capiremo cosa ti nutre davvero in ogni stagione della tua vita. 2. Tornare a te. Tornare al tuo ritmo. Io cammino con te. (English version) An invitation to return to yourself Do you know what your body needs to feel free? We spend an entire lifetime learning everything that is outside. We learn to work, to produce, to respond, to make it. But we almost never learn to inhabit ourselves. We spend a life without knowing ourselves. And many leave without ever having truly known themselves. Doesn't that seem strange to you? We have moved away from our rhythm. From our real hunger. From our tiredness. From what calms us and from what inflames us. We eat without hunger, we sleep without rest, we smile with stress. And we call all of this normal. My work is born here. In this void. My Integrative Nutrition Coaching consultations are not a meal plan. They are a journey of return. A journey towards freedom and autonomy in your most biological and most human needs. I don't tell you what to eat. I teach you to return to listening to yourself, so that it is you who knows. How do we walk together? All my paths have the same intention: to bring you back to your balance, respecting what makes you unique. Your bioindividuality. I don't believe in same formulas for different bodies. I believe in an integrative practice, that embraces the multidimensionality of your health. We work on 4 pillars that support everything: 1.Food as language. Not as punishment, not as control. As information, as care, as daily medicine. We will understand what truly nourishes you in every season of your life. 2.Management of stress and emotions. Because we are not just what we eat. We are what we feel and what we fail to digest. The gut feels everything that the mind silences. 3.Sleep and rhythm. Your body has a clock. When you return to respecting it, everything reorganizes. Energy, hormones, mood, hunger. 4.Reconnection. The most important pillar. Returning to the body, returning to the kitchen, returning to the simplicity of preparing a meal that heals you. The paths I have created different depths for different moments, but all take you to the same place: autonomy. Il Ritorno - 6 weeks For those who feel they have lost the thread and need to reorganize the basics. We clean, we organize and we return to listening. L'Attraversamento - 3 months For those who have already understood that the problem is not lack of willpower, but lack of tools. A deep accompaniment to transform habits, regulate the nervous system and build a new relationship with food and with yourself. IL Radicamenro - continuous accompaniment For those who have already transformed and now want to consolidate. We walk together, without hurry, until the new rhythm becomes natural. Until it becomes root. Until you are your own home. My work is not to create dependency. It is to create freedom. It is to hand you the map of your body, so that you never feel lost inside it again. If you feel this void, this distance from yourself, this hunger that is not only for food... If you feel that the moment has come to return to yourself? If by reading these words you recognized yourself, I offer you a space all your own.I invite you to a Clarity Session - 15 minutes, free on Google Meet.A moment to tell me where you got lost and to understand together what is the most right path for you, now. [ Book your Clarity Session here - 15 minutes ]👇 https://calendly.com/anavieiracoach/sessione-di-chiarezza-15-minuti Places for this week are limited, because I want to dedicate to each one time with calm and presence. This is your invitation to return. Return to yourself. Return to your rhythm. I walk with you.

  • Io basto.

Disconnettiti. As I am, I am enough Enough is not a quantity. It's a relationship. A relationship with what you already have. A relationship each of us has to discover for ourselves. Savor the good. Internalize the good that already lives in your life. We have been biologically wired to focus on what is wrong. Our ancestors needed to watch out for woolly mammoths, for dangers, for the unexpected. Our brains are still there. As neuroscientists say: velcro for the bad, teflon for the good. That's why noticing the good has to become a practice. A daily practice that awakens the whole system. That releases endorphins. That nourishes. And then, begin to appreciate the simple fact of being alive. The privilege of being here, now. Spirituality, creativity, friendships, love, movement... This is nourishment. All of this truly feeds us. If we don't tune into this, we risk reaching the end of our lives with the feeling that we never really lived it. Because we weren't present. Stop criticizing yourself. Stop blaming others and complaining about everything. Most of our conversations have become an exchange of mutual complaints. And we don't notice how much it brings us down, how much it dims us. When we complain, deep down we are saying: "I don't like what is happening right now, I want something different to happen." It's a fight against reality. Use humor to disarm it. "If you think I'm so bad, go find someone better." "You think this is too much? You should see what I'm planning for dinner." Meet that inner voice with lightness. Disconnect. Don't identify with it. Here are some questions to carry with you this week: -What is the biggest lesson you have learned so far? -What is your intention right now? -Is there something you would like to change about how you face a certain situation? -What excites you most about your future? -What small, sustainable step can you take this week to get closer to your goal? Stop waiting for your life to begin. Not one more second. When you get to the end — and no one knows when that will be — nothing and no one will care if you had toned muscles or how many achievements you collected. Do you know what people say when they are about to leave? "I wish I had allowed myself to be happier." "I wish I hadn't worked so hard." "I wish I had told the truth and expressed myself." Come back to the breath. Come back here. "Our greatest fear should not be of failure, but of succeeding at things in life that don't really matter." With love, Ana

(English version) Hara Hachi Bu: The Art of Presence In today's fast-paced world, we often tend to fill everything: our days, our schedules, and even our plates. But ancient Japanese wisdom teaches us a subtle and transformative art: Hara Hachi Bu. This ancient practice reminds us of a simple yet powerful rule: we should stop eating when we are 80% full. It is not a diet, nor is it about counting calories: it is a path of life. It is listening to that deep truth that speaks to you through your body. Often, we eat until we feel completely full, forgetting that our organism needs space. Digestion is a sacred process that requires energy, breath, and time. When we leave that 20% of empty space in the stomach, we allow the body to digest with lightness, avoiding heaviness and awakening a new, vibrant energy. Slowing down at the table, chewing with awareness, and stopping a moment before the limit is a wonderful way to take care of ourselves. After all, slow living begins right here: in the small daily gestures and in harmony with our true nature. 🌿 And you, are you able to listen to your body's signals during meals?

Lasciali parlare. Tieni un'ancora vicina. Sempre. Per me, è il limone. Sono portoghese. Vivo in Sicilia. Scegli l'amore. Ogni volta che torni, ti ritrovi. Un po' più intera. Un po' più tua. (English version) The Manifesto of Return You don't always have to move forward. Sometimes, the bravest thing is to return. Return to your breath. It is always there, waiting for you. It never left you. Return to your body. It is not a project to be fixed. It is a home to inhabit. Return to your plate. Not as a battlefield. But as a small daily altar. Don't count. Listen. Don't weigh. Feel. There is an ancient intelligence in your gut. There is a memory of calm in your nervous system. Let them speak. Keep an anchor close. Always. For me, it is the lemon. I am Portuguese. I live in Sicily. And no, it is not always easy to be far away. There are days when the language feels heavy. When the sun is too strong and the sea too vast. Days when my body aches for a bread, a voice, a way of saying things that no one here understands. On those days, I hold a Sicilian lemon in my hands. It is sour. Like nostalgia. Like _saudade_. It is bright. Like the life I chose. Its skin is thick, like the skin I had to grow. And inside, it is juicy, alive, generous. Like us, women living between two lands. The lemon taught me this: you don't have to choose between sour and sweet. You can hold both in the same hand. You can miss Portugal and at the same time deeply love this land that hosts you. You can be a foreigner and belong. You can be saudade and sunshine. That's why I put it in everything. In my morning water, in my little lemon balls, in my mindful pauses. It is not just a fruit. It is my way of saying: I am here. I stayed. I put down roots, but I did not forget where I come from. And when you, reading this, feel split in half, find your lemon. What is your small gesture that brings you home, inside yourself? You don't have to heal everything today. You just have to make one small, gentle, consistent choice. A glass of water in the morning. Three breaths before answering. A snack eaten with your hands, not with hurry. Consistency is a form of love. Perfection is a form of fear. Choose love. Every time you return, you find yourself again. A little more whole. A little more yours.

Guardiamo prima all'uso comune della parola. (English version) Meditation: "Being present in our happiness" More and more people are seeking well-being, and one often hears that meditation or yoga can be a great help. We live in times where we walk around with a lot of stress and insecurity, and it seems that when we see a serene statue sitting with closed eyes, that is the state we would also like to be in: feeling well, being tranquil, in harmony. Yoga and meditation are facets that can bring us this well-being, knowing that yoga is also a form of meditation. "Meditation" is a widely used word nowadays, and we often treat it as something coming from another part of the world, the East. For my part, I would say it is not quite like that. Let us first look at the common use of the word. Someone who does not sit cross-legged also says, when facing difficulties or not understanding something they want to grasp: "I will meditate on the matter." This means that for all of us, the word means: seeing what we are not managing to see right now, coming to know what is difficult to discern at this moment. In this sense, meditation is linked to our own mind. And this mind — if it wants to know something that exists but is not seen, because it is disturbed, inattentive, unfocused, or confused... — struggles with these qualities. On one side, we have confusion, lack of clarity, and agitation; on the other, mental calm, the ability to concentrate, and awareness with great clarity. These are the aspects that meditation deals with. Hence, when we talk about East, West, and meditation, we are talking about certain techniques — some of which may have existed around here and ended up being forgotten. We often think that everything comes from a single side, but everything is cyclical: at a certain point in the cycle it seems to have come from one place, but if we look at a broader span of time, we see that these cycles have turned many times. In its deep essence, meditation is, fundamentally, knowing and recognizing things as they are. Recognizing them through the nature of our own mind. But, so as not to enter into a philosophically complex subject, let us look at meditation simply once again, directly touching our daily lives. If I want to know something well, I need to be calm; meditation is a way to calm the mind. If I want to know something well, I need to be focused on what I want to understand; normally I am inattentive, and that is why I do not know. Meditation has techniques, it has ways to concentrate our mind. If I am very confused while looking at whatever it may be, I will see through my confusion. If I manage to have a mind of great clarity, I will be able to see what I want to see with much greater sharpness. By developing these capacities, meditation advances toward a second step: beginning to see what we say in daily life that we know, but do not live as such. That is: all things are transitory. All the phenomena that we currently touch with our body and form, the sensations and perceptions we have of everything outside and inside, the thoughts behind that perception, and the awareness of the movement of thoughts — these five aspects are transitory. Meditation is an inner work to recognize, through our own experience, how all this is transitory. This brings a surprise through experience: realizing that we base this life on the premise that these aspects are concrete and real, when in truth they are not. When people say that everything is transitory, it is no news to us. I do not have to go anywhere — to the mountains, to the East... — to know that everything is impermanent. (Think of your hair, your beard...) Meditation is this whole process that leads us, through experience, to see the transience of all phenomena. When spoken of this way, we feel a bit apprehensive about the topic of the transience of things. What I like, what I want to continue forever, I do not want to think that it will end. But the more I like and cling to what is transitory, the more I will suffer when it changes or disappears. It could be an object — a chair, a table — but it applies to everything in life. The more attached I am to something transitory, the more I suffer the moment it breaks, disappears, or is stolen. Thus, meditation is deeply linked to human suffering. By meditating, little by little, touching this reality, we gain great inner strength so that suffering becomes less and less. And, as we all know, everyone wants to be well and no one wants to suffer. Meditation is the path that can bring that deep happiness we seek, through our own interior. If my whole life is dedicated to seeing all things through this "Self," if I give no time to knowing this "Self"... it is strange!

  • Mamma, non sei sola

Mamma, Io ti vedo. Stanca di metterti sempre all'ultimo posto. Lo so. (English version) Mom, you are not alone Mom, I see you. Tired of diets that promise everything and change nothing. Tired of always putting yourself last. Tired of cooking with love for everyone... and forgetting about yourself. Mom, you aren't tired, you have lost yourself. I know. I see it every day in my work as a Health Coach. And do you know what the hardest part is? It isn't a lack of time. It's the feeling of having lost yourself in the middle of it all. In the middle of the lunchboxes, the doctor appointments, the clothes, the "mom, mom, mom." But your body remembers. It holds onto the fatigue, the anxiety, the inflammation. And your children... they feel it. They don't learn health from what you say. They learn from what they see on your plate, in your energy, in your mood at the end of the day. But the problem has never been you. The problem is trying to fit your life into a plan that doesn't see you as a whole. Imagine waking up with energy. Eating without guilt. Having the time and the desire to play on the floor with them. Teaching by example that taking care of yourself is an act of love, not selfishness. You don't need another diet. You need to come home. To your body. To a simple kitchen that nourishes and fits into real life. Integrative Nutrition means looking at you completely. It's not just what's on your plate. It's your sleep, your stress, your emotions, your routine, and your relationship with food and life. My work is to build a simple, achievable path together with you—one that makes you feel good and brings you peace. Because when mom is well, the whole home is well.

(English version) The Nourishment Manifesto Nourishment is more than food. It is a way of living. Choose consistency over perfection. Eat with attention. Not with urgency. Protect your sleep as carefully as your time. Spend more time outdoors. Nature has always been one of our greatest teachers. Move because your body was made to move. Not because it needs to earn its worth. Make space for silence. The nervous system needs it as much as the mind. Choose relationships that nourish your energy. Allow beauty into ordinary days. Respect science. Trust experience. Stay curious. Health is not created by extraordinary moments. It is quietly shaped by the choices we repeat every day. Nourishment is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who we are, and caring for that person with intention.

(English version) G+E=S The science of everyday choices. One of the most hopeful ideas in modern health is surprisingly simple. G + E = S Genetics + Epigenetics = Health. We inherit our genes. But our genes are not a fixed sentence. Every day, our environment speaks to our biology. The food we eat. The quality of our sleep. The air we breathe. Our relationships. Stress. Movement. Even the amount of time we spend in nature. These experiences influence how our genes are expressed throughout life. This is the beauty of epigenetics. It reminds us that health is not determined by genetics alone. Our daily choices matter. Not because we have to be perfect. But because small, consistent actions create lasting change. Science offers us knowledge. Our everyday lives give that knowledge meaning. That is where transformation begins.

  • Benvenuti

Benvenuti. Sono felice che siate qui. (English version) Welcome A different conversation about health. We have never known so much about health. Every day brings new advice. New studies. New trends. New rules about what we should eat, avoid, measure or improve. And yet, many of us have never felt so disconnected. Disconnected from our bodies. From the seasons. From the simple rhythm that once guided everyday life. Health has become something to chase. Another goal. Another performance. I believe it can be something quieter. Something that begins not with pressure, but with attention. This space was created for people who want to explore wellbeing with both curiosity and calm. A place where science is respected, but never separated from humanity. Where nutrition is not reduced to nutrients alone, and health is understood as something shaped by the way we live each day. There will be conversations about food, of course. But also about sleep. Nature. Movement. Stress. Relationships. Rest. Light. Purpose. Because every one of these has the power to nourish us. If you are looking for another list of perfect habits, you may not find it here. If you are looking for a gentler, wiser and more sustainable way to care for yourself, you are in the right place. Welcome. I'm grateful you're here.

(English Version) Where Nourishment Begins Looking beyond the plate. When we hear the word nutrition, most of us think of food. But nourishment begins much earlier. It begins with the quality of our sleep. With the light that reaches our eyes in the morning. With the conversations that leave us feeling lighter. With time spent outdoors. With moments of stillness between the demands of everyday life. Food matters deeply. But food has never been the whole story. Our bodies are constantly listening to the environment around us. To stress. To movement. To connection. To the changing seasons. To the pace at which we live. Every one of these becomes information that shapes our health. Perhaps nourishment is not about adding more. Perhaps it is about remembering what has always helped human beings flourish. Real food. Fresh air. Meaningful relationships. Curiosity. Rest. Beauty. Time. The extraordinary often grows from what seems beautifully ordinary.
